Transformed Episode #070 – Parenting Beyond Your Wildest Dreams!

Date September 19, 2009

What does it take to enjoy parenting beyond your wildest dreams? Parenting beyond our wildest dreams can only happen when we follow the commands of our God for our family. After all, God is our Father and we are His children. Who should know more about parenting than God?

Many people are confused as to HOW God gives us an abundant life, especially when it comes to parenting. Abundant life comes from following the LIFESTYLE God sets forth in His word. There is no “zap” from God, whereby he does everything and you do nothing but receive. God gives us grace. And grace is the power to do the things we ought to do. That cooperation with the grace of God allows us to lead transformed lives!

And transformed parenting is what Dr. Matthew Lee Smith, senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Palos Verdes CA, brings from Ephesians 6!

Let’s listen in now and discover the two keys to parenting – beyond your wildest dreams!
